Making sure that we do the porting out info screen correctly is crucial to the member receiving their phone, if this is done incorrectly the members order will never ship out.

  • New Boost Mobile

Information entered in the Porting screen must match their previous carrier otherwise it WILL be denied.

  • Download Bill PDF

    • Match Name

    • Match Address

    • Match Account Number

  • Generate Transfer Pin

    • Account

    • Gear Icon (Top Right)

    • Permissions and Control

    • Transfer Pin

  • Download Bill PDF

    • Match Name

    • Match Address

    • Match Account Number

  • Generate Transfer Pin

    • Account

    • Account Settings

    • Number Lock

      • Disable Number Lock

    • Transfer Pin

      • Generate Number Transfer Pin

  • Go to: www.XfinityMobile.com

  • Settings

    • Match Name

    • Match Account Number

  • Devices

    • Click on any phone

    • Click "Transfer Number to another Provider"

    • Send Transfer Pin to any phone in store.
